Upload or paste a CSV, review each row and explicitly choose what to import. Preview creates no monitors. Notifications default to off unless the file says otherwise.
Prepare the file
Open Monitors → Import CSV and download the template. V1 allows up to 500 data rows and 1 MB per file. Use UTF-8, an optional BOM and commas or semicolons as separators.

name and url are required. Other columns are optional. Headers remain the same in English and Swedish; interval_minutes takes 5, 10, 15, 30 or 60. Separate tags with |.
This uses a synthetic address. Never save customer exports or full target URLs in public documents or a code repository.
Review before importing
- Check the current account. Select a file or paste CSV text.
- Choose Review. Read errors, warnings, unknown columns and the proposed action for each row.
- Fix invalid rows. Import valid rows only is an explicit choice that skips error rows.
- Choose Update existing monitors only when you intend to change already monitored addresses. Without it, those monitors remain unchanged.
- Choose Import only when the consequences are correct. Read the created, updated and skipped counts in the final report.
Unsafe destinations are rejected. Imports cannot reach private networks. If a network error occurs while saving, check the outcome before repeating a change.
Plan a move from UptimeRobot
Keep the old system throughout comparison. Adapt its export to the CSV format above; Site Hush has no direct UptimeRobot import button or automatic cancellation.
Keep account incident notifications off during initial import, reconcile counts/addresses and run both systems for 7–14 days. Compare incidents, missed alerts and false alerts, and verify backup and your own observer. Verify real Slack delivery before switching.
A human product owner decides cutover only after the operations and comparison gates pass. This guide or a successful CSV import does not authorise pausing, deleting or cancelling the old system.
